Legal expert Ali Al-Tamimi confirmed, on Saturday, that the lawsuit filed against the Democratic Party candidate for the position of President of the Republic is the first of its kind, and the Federal Court has never presented a similar lawsuit to it, indicating that no one can predict the fate of that lawsuit.

He added, "The lawsuit filed against the Democratic Party candidate for the position of President of the Republic is the first of its kind, and the court has never submitted a similar lawsuit to it. Therefore, it is difficult to predict what the court will say in the case, because it will look at it from a legal point of view in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution."
