    The Information/Sulaymaniyah…
A member of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Burhan Al-Sheikh, confirmed on Sunday that there are major parties in Iraq that have contributed to building the political process, and their role in forming the next government cannot be cancelled.
In a statement to Al-Maalouma, Al-Sheikh said, "Parties such as the Dawa, the Supreme Council, the National Union and Badr had a role in overthrowing the dictatorial regime and building the political process after 2003."
He added, "The Popular Mobilization factions also had great contributions, so their role in the next government cannot be excluded, and talking about a majority government is contrary to the Iraqi reality."
The member of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Faiq Yazidi, had confirmed in a previous statement that it was not surprising the recent position of the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, to prevent members of the Sadrist bloc from voting for the Democratic Party candidate for the presidency. finished/25
