Al-Hakim calls for the election of a new president and prime minister according to the program
Shafaq News/ The head of the National State Forces Alliance, one of the leaders of the coordination framework, Ammar al-Hakim, called on Saturday for the necessity of electing a new president and prime minister according to the government program away from partisan and political interference.
Al-Hakim said in his speech on the occasion of the memorial day for the Iraqi martyr, which is held annually by the Al-Hikma Movement in Baghdad, "We call for support for any candidate to be subject to the government and civil program. We want a president of the republic able to take decisions and implement the constitution away from political and partisan influences."
He added, "We want a prime minister who takes full responsibility for implementing its approved program, free of pressure."
Al-Hakim also pointed out that "the people are tired of narrow differences and disputes, and are waiting for actions, not words, change, not rotation, and movement, not stagnation."
