A member of the Victory Coalition, Aqeel Al-Rudaini, confirmed, on Tuesday, that there are more than four Turkish military bases present in Iraq, explaining that the Turkish attacks on Iraq are continuing without a response.
Al-Rudaini said, in a statement to the "Information" agency, that "Turkey is focused on the decisions of the Baath regime and penetrated into Iraq until it has fixed military bases in the Sinjar district and other areas," noting that "there are more than four Turkish military bases present in Iraq."
He added that "all Turkish forces entered before the eyes of the Iraqi government," noting that "there are mutual visits between Turkey and Iraq, but violations are not addressed every time."
He pointed out that "Turkey must go back and respect Iraq's sovereignty before there is great anger from the Iraqi street," noting that "the government is far away and will not look at the violations committed by Turkey."
The commander of Lalish Regiment, "Al-Khal Ali", revealed in previous statements that Turkish aircraft had carried out more than 40 raids on Nineveh Governorate, while targeting a camp for the Yazidi displaced.
