[size=45]On Wednesday, Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi stressed the importance of activating Iraq's role in the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and opening an office for it in the capital, Baghdad.[/size]
[size=45]The Media Office of the Prime Minister stated in a statement that Al-Kazemi received today in his office in Baghdad the Assistant Secretary-General for Political Affairs of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Youssef bin Muhammad Al-Dubaie, and his accompanying delegation, and they discussed activating the role of Iraq as a founding member state of the organization.[/size]
[size=45]He pointed out that the meeting also discussed raising the levels of Iraq's contribution to the activities of the organization, and its role in strengthening the bonds of friendship between member states, as well as following up on the procedures for opening an office in the capital, Baghdad.[/size]
[size=45]Al-Kazemi stressed the importance of the cooperation paths led by the organization, especially in dealing with the current challenges and difficulties facing the countries of the region and the Islamic world.[/size]
