The leader in the State of Law coalition, Katie Al-Rikabi, accused, on Saturday, the outgoing Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, of managing the country uniquely, ruling out his re-assuming the presidency of the next government.
Al-Rikabi said in a statement to “Information” that “Al-Kazemi does not have chances in a second session of running the Council of Ministers, and this is the position of most political forces for reasons related to his management of important files, most notably the security and economic and the negatives that emerged and the abuses on the joints of the state that have become managed by one side known to the people.” .
Al-Rikabi added, "The state has become affected by Facebook, not the Iraqi scene in the field, stressing that the situation needs to be reconsidered in several files, including the economic ones, especially with the heavy burdens placed on millions of poor people due to the high prices of foodstuffs and medicines."
Most of the political forces refuse to renew Al-Kazemi for a second session, especially with his negative management of important files, especially security and the economy.
