    The Information/Baghdad: The
Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in the Polish capital (Warsaw), revealed today, Saturday, that it was easy for 620 Iraqis displaced from Ukraine to enter Polish territory.
A source at the embassy told "Information" that "since the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian crisis, and until today, the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Poland has made great efforts to receive Iraqis displaced from Ukraine."
He added that "the embassy works seven days a week, and in continuous coordination with the Polish authorities, to identify the obstacles and problems faced by the Iraqis displaced from Ukraine, and to expedite their solution and provide them with assistance," noting that "the number of Iraqis who entered Polish lands reached nearly (620) people."
He pointed out that "the embassy made field visits to the Polish-Ukrainian borders to get acquainted with the conditions of the displaced members of the Iraqi community in Ukraine."
He pointed out that "some employees, led by the temporary charge d'affaires, receive Iraqi citizens at the main station in the center of the Polish capital Warsaw, to provide assistance by facilitating hotel reservations and providing their basic needs."
The embassy noted that, during the first week of the crisis, it received approximately (60) Iraqi citizens, distributed between students and Iraqi families residing in Ukraine.
