Shafak News/ The political circles are awaiting the resumption of the deliberative meetings of alliances and forces, in order to find realistic solutions to get out of the political blockage and complete the rest of the constitutional entitlements.
The active political forces had held separate meetings during the past, which were dominated by the nature of secrecy, but the agenda of the meeting was almost clear, and it was to discuss the possibility of resolving the file of choosing a president of the republic, assigning a prime minister, and moving forward to form the new government.
This comes after the lapse of about six months since the holding of the legislative elections, which caused a state of political impasse, especially after the desire of the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, to form a government of a "national majority", which has not been familiar with the political scene since 2005.
An informed political source told Shafak News Agency, "The prominent political alliances that control the flow of the political scene and determine their areas of influence will hold separate deliberative meetings tomorrow to reach realistic solutions that draw a map that determines the paths out of the current crisis and in a manner that preserves each component's political weight and electoral entitlement."
The source added, "The Sovereignty Alliance held a deliberative meeting this evening on the developments of the political scene, in addition to discussing some proposals for possible solutions to bring the parties together."
According to the source, it is likely that the coordination framework will hold its consultative meeting tomorrow, in the presence of all its leaders, to reach compromise solutions that satisfy the other party (the Sadrist movement), that is, to choose a consensual formula for the five points of contention and to resolve the knot of fragmentation in the Shiite house.
The points on Thursday are “not to prejudice or restructure the Popular Mobilization, and to divide the coordination framework, meaning polarizing part of the framework, not the whole, and dividing the ministerial appointment between the two sides equally, meaning that the Shiite house has 12 ministries besides the prime minister, while the Sadrist bloc aspires to seven ministries, including The Ministry of the Interior and the latter is the main point of contention, as well as the position of the Prime Minister, fighting corruption away from personal targeting, and assigning the matter to the judiciary to decide on this.
According to the source, the available information confirms that "the Sadrist bloc, in turn, continues to hold its consultative meetings amid a severe blackout, and this indicates their quest to reach realistic solutions as well."

After a week of "closed" meetings, a political movement kicks off tomorrow
