(50%) in return for foreign labor, and obligating the Ministry of Commerce to refer to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs when private companies employ manpower to submit incorporation applications.
    The report stressed the importance of activating e-government procedures and automating the departments of the Labor and Vocational Training Department, with the creation of an electronic interface for officially licensed employment offices, as well as facilitating and accelerating the legal procedures for referring violating employers to the judiciary, and calling for raising the financial fine on companies that did not pay The annual fees for foreign workers amounting to only (500,000) thousand dinars; To compel companies not to resort to irregularities.
