    BAGHDAD / ... affirmed the National Coalition, Wednesday, Prime Minister-designate Haider Abadi met with the political blocs to form a government able to overcome all the crises, revealing the agreement of the political blocs for the release of detainees in the new government is their hands stained with the blood of Iraqis.
     
    A member of the Coalition on the mass of the citizen properly longing in a statement for "eye Iraq News", that "al-Abadi met with political forces and discussed many of the conditions the most important issue a general amnesty for prisoners who have not been proven guilty and did not stained their hands with the blood of the people and the conspiracy of the country," stressing that "The decision will not include Tareq al-Hashemi, Rafie al-Issawi and Harith al-Dhari," noting that "no person shall encroach upon the constitutional and legal contexts."
     
    He Salim said that "the demands of the Kurdistan region of increasing their budget yearly to" 20% "and not to oppose Baghdad to Arbil regarding the export of oil will be discussed with the political parties and will raise to the House of Representatives of the Federal consider it," noting that they "pledged to the response to dissolve the dispute and end the crisis between the two sides,"
     
    "The prime minister-designate Haider Abadi called on political forces to a national meeting to see all their demands and discussed and then resolved in proportion and in line with the Constitution," adding that "Abadi will be committed to Ber.s.a special status of the National Alliance to run the next government."
     
    The sources have revealed the terms of the blocks Sunni and Kurdish to approve the nomination of Abadi and his government's support is the most prominent of those demands to issue a general amnesty for prisoners, including Rafie al-Issawi, Tariq al-Hashemi, Harith al-Dhari and get the Kurdistan region on the right to export oil and an increase of Budgeting Federal to "20%" and resolve two anti-terrorism and gold band and demobilization of all his officers.     Also, in the fourth paragraph of above article talks about a NATIONAL MEETING.
