    Yes Iraq: Baghdad

Economic researcher Manar Al-Obaidi revealed the value of what Iraq loses as a result of importing “kerosene” due to the insufficiency of the product by the Iraqi refineries.
Al-Obaidi explained that “during the years from 2017-2020, the volume of keroseil produced locally amounted to 17.7 billion liters, and the average price per liter of local production was 80 Iraqi dinars, bringing the total production cost to 1.43 trillion Iraqi dinars.
He added that "the volume of imported kerosene amounted to 7.3 billion liters, and the average price of an imported liter was 550 Iraqi dinars, bringing the total import cost to 4 trillion Iraqi dinars."
And he indicated that "if the imported quantity had been produced in Iraq, Iraq would have saved more than 3.4 trillion Iraqi dinars from the funds from which kerosene was imported."
