    [size=45]As part of his visits to ministries and government departments, the Prime Minister of Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, visited the Ministry of Transport and Communications, on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, and was received by the Minister of Transport and Communications, Anu Jawhar.[/size]
    [size=45]The Prime Minister, in the presence of the minister and general managers, supervised a special meeting of the Ministry of Transport and Communications.[/size]

    [size=45]At the beginning of the meeting, the Minister of Transport and Communications and the directors of the Ministry presented a detailed report with data and information on the Ministry's work, activities and ministerial projects, in addition to its programs and plans in relation to transport and communications.[/size]
    [size=45]In this context, the Prime Minister addressed in his speech the importance of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, as it is one of the ministries concerned with government services, which provides its services to citizens in various fields.[/size]
    [size=45]The Prime Minister also pointed to the importance of benefiting from the technological development in Kurdistan by transforming government services into electronic services, eliminating red tape and bureaucracy, as well as managing business and government affairs and providing services to citizens better and faster.[/size]

    [size=45]The Prime Minister also drew attention to the importance of reorganizing the field of communications and the work of companies, in a manner that does not leave any room for monopoly in this regard, in addition to supporting innovations in the field of technology and small projects, and that the citizens of the Kurdistan Region are given the greatest opportunities for appointment in the private sector, so that the percentage of employees is not less Territory in those companies about 70 percent.[/size]
    [size=45]In another axis of the meeting, they talked about the necessity and importance of reorganizing the use of communications and technology in the Kurdistan Region, which often causes severe damage to society and creates great family, societal, psychological and legal problems as a result of the misuse of technology, communication devices, the Internet and social networking sites, in addition to the fact that it contributed a lot. In spreading terrorist and extremist views and ideas, it is necessary to put an end and take legal action against the misuse of technology and the Internet.[/size]
