The Supreme Judicial Council decided, on Tuesday, to seize the movable and immovable funds of the dismissed Governor of Salah al-Din Ammar Jabour al-Jubouri.
A document issued by the Presidency of the Baghdad Appeals Court / Karkh, of which Mawazine News obtained a copy, stated, “It was decided to place seizure on the movable and immovable funds belonging to the accused, Ammar Jabr al-Jubouri, based on the provisions of Article (121 / A) of fundamentalism.” Ended 29/R77
