Today, Tuesday, the US Embassy in Baghdad announced the United States' support for Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi's call on all parties to participate in a national dialogue.
In a statement received by Mawazine News, the embassy said, "The United States of America supports recent calls that call on all parties to participate in a constructive national dialogue that can lead to calming the current tensions."
She added, "We reaffirm our support for peaceful protest, and we encourage all parties to adhere to non-violence and the rule of law in exercising their constitutional rights." Ended 29 / p. 87
