    Twilight news, the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, both the Government and Parliament of the territory to work as a team to be able to provide services to citizens and to find appropriate solutions to the problems that emerged as a result of the current situation and the financial crisis in the region.

    Statement of the Presidency of the regional government, issued late Sunday, the word for "twilight news, the Regional Council for oil and gas Affairs of Kurdistan headed by the Prime Minister and President of the Regional Committee نيچيرفان Barzani, met in the capital of Arbil with the Committee on industry, energy and natural resources in the territory.

    The statement said that Barzani stressed that the two sides in the Government and the Parliament as a team so that they can provide services to citizens in the best possible way and to work together in finding appropriate solutions to the problems that have emerged as a result of the current situation in Kurdistan and the financial crisis.

    The Finance Minister said, according to the statement, that cut the share of Iraqi territory from the public budget by Baghdad, with other financial sources, led to the territorial Government of constraints and financial problems and inability to guarantee payment as previous alkhergiat and staff salaries and the provision of project grants and who has had an impact on the Department and Government departments.

    The Minister stressed the need for careful review of walkhrgiat resources to be expended under the priority of alkhergiat such as staff salaries and the families and relatives of martyrs and providing public service expenditures, indicating that the Government has revisited these areas.

    He explained that this situation has made the Government unable to provide fuel, especially gasoline prices to citizens as before, but this situation will improve with the problem of balancing with Baghdad will change things for the better.

    The Minister of natural resources the need for Government support for white oil and fuel for electricity production, and support strategic projects, laboratories and industrial projects, and trade and tourism.

    The Kurdistan Regional Government has so far managed to continue thanks to the presence of other sources to provide salaries, adding that the Government's strategy is to provide natural gas instead of alkazwail for use in the production of electric power stations.

    A Committee of industry, energy and natural resources in Kurdistan's Parliament that in addition to the duty to control the Government, they work as a team with the Government to manage the problems, particularly the problem of determining the price and the quality of gasoline.

    The Government statement said that after extensive discussion decides to hold another meeting in the coming days, both sides insisted that the Ministry of natural resources and a mechanism for checking the quality of gasoline from the supply and use.

    The statement noted that the meeting decided in coordination with the Committee on natural resources in the Parliament and the Ministry of Interior, to formulate precise and detailed instructions on how to take legal action and hold offenders who manipulate the quality of gasoline.

    It also decided to form a Committee for coordination in the Regional Council for oil and gas Affairs, the Committee on industry, energy and natural resources in the Parliament, the Ministry of natural resources, and the membership representative of the Ministry of finance and the Minister of Parliamentary Affairs. That this Committee meets every two weeks to pursue a less problems and address them.

    The meeting also called for coordination between the two sides until the end of next month, to review the Fund Act oil revenues and the national Kurdistan for discovery and production of oil and to prepare a report on the subject and put it before Parliament.

    The statement said the meeting stressed that such plans and governmental actions regarding oil, all file related to abnormal financial conditions, pointing out that with the return to normalcy will be things for the better.
