Twilight News / The President of the House of Representatives Saleem al-Jubouri that the Constitution the right to select the national implementation of the provinces in a manner decentralized administration, describing the application of Law No. 21 provincial councils represents a ceiling to greater freedom and to ensure the unity of the country.
1-675867.jpgJubouri said while chairing a joint conference of the heads of provincial councils with the House of Representatives that "the granting of provincial powers provided for under the Constitution through legislation, the Law on the Federation Council will improve the management and the work of local governments."
He added that the House of Representatives supportive of the provinces and stand at the same distance from all local Aladarat will work on the advancement of the provinces and strengthen its role through legislation and enacting laws and powers relating to the work of provincial councils and local departments all.
