Al-Sadr leaves "retirement" quickly, and his circles allude to a return to the street

Baghdad / Tamim Al-Hassan
The coordination framework plans to burn the steps to quickly gain access to power through the portal of an article in the constitution that has never been used since its adoption (the constitution) 17 years ago.
Article 81 of the constitution states that the prime minister's position is vacant. The "frameworkers" see it as the way to control the government, or at least force the Sadrist movement to sit down for dialogue.
And Mustafa Al-Kazemi, the Prime Minister, had threatened to resort to this article (the one about which there is legal controversy) in response to the clashes that took place on Monday night in the Green Zone.
And the coordination framework's adherence to that article comes with the continued faltering of its efforts to hold a session to form a new government, and the complete lack of confidence in the Sadrist movement's next steps.
The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, had gradually returned to interfering in politics, hours after his last statement about "retiring."
Al-Sadr, in the latest tweet by his minister, Saleh Al-Iraqi, refused his opponents' resumption of parliament's work hours after the end of the Al-Khadra events, and considered it a "rude" act.
The leader of the current called on his opponents to declare mourning for the victims of Monday night's clashes, otherwise he will be their "first enemy."
The leader of the Sadrist movement also threatened Tehran to withdraw what he described as Iran's "camel" in Iraq, before it is too late.
Last Tuesday, during a conference to stop the fighting inside the Green Zone, al-Sadr told reporters that he had turned into an "Iraqi citizen" who does not interfere in politics.
The Sadrist movement had announced the increase in the number of victims of the events of the Green Zone, after the bodies of "executed" were found inside the government palace.
And news websites close to the movement published that the protection of one of the leaders of the "framework" had carried out "field executions" against 7 of al-Sadr's supporters in one of the palace rooms.
The followers of the leader of the Sadrist movement, before their withdrawal on Tuesday from the Green Zone, had stormed for a short time the government palace, before the security forces evacuated it.
Saleh Muhammad al-Iraqi, known as "the leader's minister", waved in the latest tweet about the issue of the "executed", criticizing the coordination framework's efforts to hold a parliament session.
Al-Iraqi said on Twitter yesterday that he was not surprised by “the positions of (the brazen coordinating framework) nor of his (insolent militias) when they brazenly announce, uniting the entire people, its reference and its sects, that they are proceeding with the convening of Parliament to form their (insolent government) and the blood of (executed people) is still treacherous. The peaceful demonstrators and their militia’s dirty bullets did not dry up…”
Al-Iraqi added: "If they do not declare mourning (in reference to the coordinating framework), then let them consider me and the movement from today their number one enemy by all available means and away from the violence and assassinations that the corrupt decided to describe their opponents with."
And the "minister of the leader" made an appeal to Iran in the same "tweet", demanding that it "rein in its camel in Iraq, or else there will be no regrets."
According to what is going on among the Sadrists, the recent "minister of the leader" tweet has "signals of returning to the street and preventing the efforts of the coordination framework from forming a government."
The number of victims of the Al-Khadra clashes, in which the fighting continued for about 18 hours, reached more than 30 dead, in addition to dozens of injured, while the Prime Minister announced the opening of an investigation into these events.
On the other hand, the Popular Mobilization Authority announced yesterday the funeral of 4 of its members in Baghdad, saying that they had “ascended with missile strikes in the Green Zone in the capital.”
There was ambiguity about the other side, who was clashing on Monday night with the followers of "Al-Sadr", with no pictures or videos showing who was standing on the second side of the events.
The day before yesterday, Al-Kazemi demanded "to determine who opened fire, rockets and mortars on the government area throughout the night."
In a speech on Tuesday evening, the Prime Minister revealed the formation of an investigation committee to determine those responsible for “putting weapons in the hands of those who opened fire on the demonstrators.”
The supporters of the leader of the Sadrist movement had accused armed factions of killing the demonstrators before they clashed with them after that (according to their version) in an area near the parliament.
Doubts about the positions of "Al-Sadr"!
Al-Sadr's return to politics, as described by "frameworkers," after announcing his retirement, worries the Shiite bloc, which quickly called for the resumption of parliament.
He says one of the members of the «framework» in an interview with (the extent) that «can not proceed with the formation of a government without being completely assured of leaving the arms of the Sadrists».
A member of the Coordination Committee, who asked not to be named, refuses that "factions" were involved in Monday night's clashes, adding: "It was a fight between the security forces charged with protecting the Green Zone and the Peace Brigades."
The Shiite bloc member believes that the recent "minister of the leader" tweet means that the leader of the movement "still refuses to dissolve parliament through constitutional means or dialogue."
On this basis, the "frameworker" member believes that "in the event that Al-Kazemi leaves his position, according to his latest threat, it will be in the interest of the coordinating framework."
And he continues: «Then, the President of the Republic can assign the framework candidate to replace the prime minister, or at least we will force the Sadrists to dialogue because then the formation of a new government will be around the corner».
According to jurists, Article 81 of the constitution that Al-Kazemi waved may not apply to the case of the current "caretaker" government.
In any case, the member of the "frameworker" says: "We have nothing but dialogue and all issues are subject to discussion, even the issue of changing the framework candidate for the government, Muhammad al-Sudani."
Al-Kazemi had said in his speech on Tuesday that in the event: “I will not listen to the voice of reason, I will take my moral and patriotic step by announcing the vacancy of the position at the appropriate time, according to Article 81 of the Constitution, and holding them accountable to the Iraqis, and to history.”
Article (81) of the Constitution, which the Prime Minister has threatened to use, states:
First: The President of the Republic takes the place of the Prime Minister when the position becomes vacant for any reason.
Second: - When the situation stipulated in Clause “First” of this article is achieved, the President of the Republic assigns another candidate to form the ministry within a period not exceeding fifteen days and in accordance with the provisions of Article (76) of this Constitution.
