In a statement received by Mawazine News, Saleh stressed that the water file is a top priority in the country and an integral part of national security, referring to the severe climatic changes that are plaguing the country, the region and the world, pointing to the need to continue the strategic plans developed in this regard and to initiate a recovery initiative.
