    One day after the opening of the Baghdad International Fair, the owners of Iraqi companies and factories decided to withdraw from the exhibition in protest at the failure of any government official to visit their booth.


    Closing by collective decision, moves made by Iraqi industrialists after their discontent because no government official visited their booth during the opening day, especially after officials visited the pavilions of international companies and contracted with the Ministry of Industry to leave the private sector facing marginalization.





    Members of the House of Representatives criticized the government's neglect of factories and private companies, especially since the new government committed itself to a government curriculum that emphasizes support for the private sector.
