The Legislative House finishes the first reading of the federal civil service bill, a law about which there are conflicting opinions, as legal experts believe that the repercussions will be negative towards the allocations and salaries of state employees if it is passed in its current form, while deputies confirm that the provisions of the law will greatly serve the employees.
The law contains a hundred articles, which will regulate bonuses, vacations and promotions for employees, in addition to that it will unify the salary scale in the ministries of the state, a unification that comes taking into account the difference in financial allocations from one ministry to another.
