    [ltr]Baghdad (AIN) -Ceremonies for presenting the credentials of three newly appointed ambassadors to Iraq took place on September 1, 2014 at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.[/ltr]

    [ltr]A statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs received by All Iraq News Agency cited "Foreign Minister, Hoshyar Zebari, received a copy of the credentials of the new Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Iraq, Karen Krikorian, and discussed with him ways to strengthen bilateral ties and developing them, emphasizing the continuation of holding meetings of the joint ministerial committees."[/ltr]
    [ltr]"Minister Zebari also received a copy of the credentials of the new Ambassador of the Republic of Greece to Iraq, Donysios Kevitus. During the meeting, the two sides discussed bilateral relations and the prospects for developing them at the political, diplomatic and exchange of visits between officials," the statement continued.[/ltr]

    [ltr]"The Minister also received a copy of the credentials of the new United Kingdom Ambassador to Iraq, Francis Baker. The Minister welcomed the Ambassador and discussed with him the developed bilateral relations and praised the humanitarian and military support of the U.K. to Iraq in its war against terrorism," the statement mentioned.[/ltr]
