President of the Republic Abdul Latif Rashid stressed today, Sunday, the need to strengthen cooperation between Iraq and the Islamic World Organization for Education, Science and Culture (ICESCO), while he welcomed the nomination of Baghdad to be the capital of Islamic culture.
