His Excellency the President of the Republic, Dr. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, received today, Monday, December 5, 2022, at the Baghdad Palace, the Minister of Culture and Youth of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Mr. Muhammad Hama Saeed, who extended his congratulations to His Excellency on his election as President of the Republic.
Mr. President expressed his gratitude and thanks for the kind congratulations, stressing the importance of strengthening cultural and intellectual ties between the Iraqi people to deepen the concepts of coexistence and peace, and the need for concerted efforts to promote the artistic and literary movement and interest in writers and thinkers.
