    Today, Monday, the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities announced the transfer of the incentive grant for journalists, writers, artists, plastic artists, popular poets and other covered segments to the electronic payment system.
    The Director General of the Administrative and Financial Department, Ali Reda Hammoud, said in a statement, “The Minister of Culture, Ahmed Fakak Al-Badrani, directed the administrative department to form a working team from the ministry to coordinate with the Rafidain Bank to complete the filling of data within the payment cards (Master Card) for the incentive grant from the Rafidain Bank.” ".
    He added, "The reward will not be deficient this year, and everyone who was included in the incentive grant last year will receive the card."
    He pointed out that "the step came to organize payment processes instead of manual delivery and to spare intellectuals, journalists and those covered the trouble of traveling from different provinces to Baghdad."
    Regarding those who did not receive the grant, he explained, "These people will be included in the next year's grant in the event that the Ministry of Finance agrees to finance the same amount spent for the year 2014, provided that the required instructions apply to them."
