, the governor of Diwaniyah, the jurist agency, Fares and Nass Al-Hamzawi, announced the approval of the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs to increase the number of citizens for the social welfare segment and increase loans for the unemployed.
Al-Hamzawi said, "During our meeting with the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Ahmed Al-Asadi in the capital, Baghdad, we discussed increasing the number of citizens for the social welfare segment, since the province ranks first among the poorest, most disadvantaged, and oppressed provinces."
He stressed, "It was also approved to increase the financial allocations for small and medium loans for the unemployed during the coming period, to contribute to increasing per capita income in all districts and districts of the governorate."
