The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced, on Friday, that 22 people from the Iraqi community were injured in the earthquake that struck Turkey, according to the semi-official Al-Sabah newspaper.
While the Turkish authorities said, today, Friday, that the number of victims of the devastating earthquake that struck the south of the country rose to 38,044, which is an indefinite toll.
And the Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Agency (AFAD) announced today, Friday, that 216,347 people have been evacuated from the earthquake-affected areas.
She pointed out that 4,323 aftershocks occurred after the double earthquake that struck Kahramanmaraş on February 6. She added that the number of injured as a result of the earthquake reached 108 thousand and 68.
