the Forces for Democratic Change condemn the bloody massacre that took place against innocent citizens in the Al-Jayalah area of Al-Khalis District in Diyala Governorate.[/size]
[size=45]It is clear from this heinous massacre that the political will of the power forces is not serious about establishing stability within the province. This is explained by the activity of armed groups and terrorist groups that attack the people of the province from time to time.[/size]
[size=45]We hold the security services responsible for maintaining security, and we call for an urgent investigation, and the immediate detection of the killers and bringing them to justice to receive their just punishment.[/size]
[size=45]This will not be done, except by imposing the rule of law, in cooperation with the people of the province, which has suffered and is still paying the price of unprincipled conflicts between the forces of quotas and corruption.[/size]
