    The advisor to the Ministry of Electricity presented "the type of projects, the size of the technical and financial guarantees, and their mechanisms," saying that "our plans include combined cycles, thermal stations, solar energy stations, and others."

    The statement quoted the Minister of Electricity as saying to the Chinese delegation: "Our citizens have the right to serve them with processing hours, and this requires the establishment and completion of projects, and our guarantees will be ready with you upon completion of what is agreed upon."
