[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / - The Central Bank of Iraq confirmed, allocating large allocations to support and finance green economy projects and climate change.
Bank Governor Ali Al-Alaq said, during the official announcement of the launch of the e_Donate electronic platform application, in cooperation with the Unified Iraqi Medical Society for Relief and Development, today, Tuesday, in the capital, Baghdad, that "the organization has presented many initiatives and achievements that serve the people of this country, and I salute all parties local, international and Arab countries that provided continuous support and supervision in this association.
He added, "Charitable organizations in the world are acquiring a major role today that deals with many trends that touch human needs and respond to them, especially in difficult and critical circumstances, and this association for many years has represented these important roles, as it did today by using modern tools in the issue of dealing with electronic payment, She's taking a step forward."
And Al-Alaq stressed that “the priorities of the Central Bank program at the present time are to focus on this matter, and the correct use through electronic channels for the movement of money and its transfers to provide a great deal of decisiveness, ease, fluidity, and tracking of the movement of money,” noting that “many organizations have tried to use this name in other lands, and when we use these modern financial tools and technologies, we have a great deal of transparency and control over the movement of these funds.
He added, “The Central Bank meets with the trend towards green Iraq, which is also what the Central Bank is focusing on at the present time through its democratic initiatives for projects related to the green economy and climate change, and there are great specializations to Support and finance projects related to this aspect, so we meet with these.
