His Excellency the Minister of Justice, Dr. Today, Wednesday, Khaled Shawani announced the completion of the legal procedures for receiving real estate bonds for the owners of the Bismayah residential complex. This came during the joint press conference held with the head of the National Investment Authority, Dr. Haidar Muhammad Makiya.
And bless d. Shawani citizens in Bismayah complex by obtaining real estate bonds for their owners, stressing that this initiative took place after holding several bilateral meetings and continuous field work with the Investment Authority to address some of the observations that were obstructing the completion of the procedures for owning housing units in real estate registration, and this joint work comes as part of the requirements of the government curriculum In the solidarity and cooperation of state institutions in removing obstacles that impede the provision of services to citizens.
The Minister confirmed that every citizen who has concluded a legal contract with the National Investment Authority in the Bismayah complex will obtain a real estate title registered in his name in the Real Estate Registration Department in accordance with the law.
