    The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers affirmed that shops and commercial centers are obligated to adopt the electronic payment system “POS” for the cash circulation process by citizens.[/rtl]

    [rtl]Haider Majeed, a spokesman for the General Secretariat, said in a press interview, “The Cabinet's decision obligates shops, sectors and marketing centers to adopt the electronic payment system in front of the cash circulation process, starting from the first of next June.” pointing out that “the government media team has started the process of educating to adopt and use The system and the payment process by citizens.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Majeed explained that “the decision of the Council of Ministers directed all departments and ministries to adopt this system in the process of collecting and receiving fees and various financial taxes,” noting that “the adoption of the electronic trading mechanism will limit the process of counterfeiting cash currency as well as facilitating cash dealing in addition to preserving funds from damage or stealing".[/rtl]
