    Fadel pointed out, "The world today is heading a strategic direction to take great care of the energy market and its cost, and it is imperative that we keep pace with and reduce wasted energy, as a first measure to ration consumption, and in turn pressure on the exorbitant costs incurred by the electricity industry, and on the other hand, it is a reason to preserve the network and its components." .
    He directed both the technical and economic departments to "prepare inventories of the quantities of supplied, consumed and collected energy, and to classify sectors according to their collection and maintenance services in them."
    As Fadil instructed; The systems center is required to "check the categories of subscribers, not to delay the issuance of wage lists, check the mechanism for setting standards, follow up not to tamper with the counters, pay attention to the mechanism of posting and paying the amounts paid by citizens, and reduce the phenomenon of debts appearing in the list of citizens after they are paid."
