    Basra crude achieved significant weekly gains, amounting to more than 9%, while Brent and American crudes also closed on gains, with the rise in global oil prices.
    As for Basra Heavy crude, it closed in its last session of yesterday, Friday, at an increase of 9 cents, to reach 80.63 dollars, and recorded a weekly gain of 6.72 dollars, equivalent to 9.09 % .
    Basra Intermediate crude closed in its last session, up 9 cents, to reach 84.11 dollars, and also recorded weekly gains amounting to 6.52 dollars, or the equivalent of 8.4 % . 
    As for Brent crude, it closed in the last session of yesterday, Friday, up by 12 cents, to reach $85.12, and recorded a weekly gain of $5.18, or the equivalent of 6.48  % . 
    West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude closed in its last session of Friday, up by 9 cents, to reach $75.76 a barrel, and also recorded weekly gains of $4.94, or 6.52%.
