    Abdullah Al-Dulaimi, owner of a stock exchange for buying and selling real estate in Anbar, said in a statement to Al-Maalouma Agency, "The mechanism for selling real estate to citizens in Anbar Governorate has completely stopped, due to the disclosure of sales and manipulation of state real estate by Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi and general managers belonging to the al-Halbousi party. Most real estate sales offices experienced many problems after they were told that the lands that were sold belong to the state and will be recovered according to the law, and all those affected must file a complaint against the people involved in the illegal sale of state lands.
    Al-Dulaimi added that "dozens of citizens who took advantage of the opportunity to obtain a residential plot of land in the Venus residential complex adjacent to the technical institute north of the city of Fallujah, it became clear later that the land belonged to the technical institute and that all bonds were forged, and the land was expropriated by influential gangs who forged files and bonds, and then conducted Sorting and selling operations and providing buyers with forged bonds (Kalak) with the complicity of the director of the municipality of the Saqlawiya district and the assistant director of real estate registration, tax and urban planning in Fallujah, stressing that "the victims of fraud and fraud in the file of selling state land illegally will resort to the use of force to recover their money from the al-Halbousi gangs." .
