    [size=45]The Minister of Electricity, Ziyad Fadel, directed that real steps be taken for the taxation file, stressing, “We will not hesitate after today to deal with it.”[/size]
    [size=45]A statement from the ministry stated that Fadhel “instructed, on Monday, the Economic Department at the ministry’s headquarters to take real steps and realistic solutions to the collection file,” noting that “there are large amounts of wasted and equipped energy that are not calculated and uncontrolled, in addition to being unpaid.”[/size]
    [size=45]He added, "There are also large areas that are not equipped with energy meters, and the Economic Department, through the Systems Center, in coordination with the distribution formations, must handle these cases."[/size]
    [size=45]He pointed out, "It is unacceptable to allow energy to be lost and wasted and not to collect it in the current way, because it costs the state and the ministry large sums of money for its industry."[/size]
    [size=45]And the Minister of Electricity called for “forming committees that follow up on high loads and take into account the controls for electric current delivery and within the determinants, and follow-up with the planning departments and energy sales departments in the distribution companies, taking into account and adhering to the stipulated controls.”[/size]
