    [rtl]Baghdad - Iraq today:

The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan responded to the Democratic Party's threat regarding the possibility of replacing the ministers of Yekti with agents in the sessions of the Kurdistan Council of Ministers, while Masrour Barzani was accused of "excluding power", considering the decision in the event of its implementation "dictatorial".[/rtl]

[rtl]The leader of the Union, Mahmoud Khoshnaw, said in a press interview, "The Kurdistan Parliament is the one who gave the region's ministers confidence, meaning that the executive authority represented by the head of the regional government does not have any ability to make a cabinet reshuffle, whether with the consent of the Union or the Democratic Union.”[/rtl]
[rtl]He added, "Any decision needs the approval of the Kurdistan Regional Parliament, which has the right to withdraw or give confidence," noting that "the ministers are still in their cabinet and there is no authority for the prime minister to withdraw confidence from them." .”[/rtl]
[rtl]The leader of Talabani's party explained: "If this decision is implemented, it will be dictatorial," pointing out that "the union boycotted all cabinet sessions in the Kurdistan Regional Government, and this boycott is declared, so the Patriotic Union does not participate in any forum in which the prime minister is present.”[/rtl]
[rtl]And Khoshnaw said, "The union's ministers are dissatisfied with the president of the Kurdistan government, who is monopolizing power," noting that "the union will return to participating in the Kurdistan government sessions and official forums when relations return to their normal form."[/rtl]
[rtl]And the Kurdistan Democratic Party threatened the ministers of the Patriotic Union of the Kurdistan Regional Government to assign their agents in the event of their continued absence from the government sessions, and while stressing that the ministers of Yekte "revolted and did not bear responsibility", he considered this decision a "slap to them."[/rtl]
[rtl]An informed source had confirmed, "Masrour Barzani will assign undersecretaries to attend cabinet meetings every Wednesday, instead of the National Union ministers, who boycotted cabinet sessions since last October."[/rtl]
