Shafaq News/ The Investigation Department of the Commission announced, on Thursday, the issuance of a ruling convicting the former director of state real estate, Ahmed Hassan, and sentencing him in his presence to severe imprisonment for a period of two years.
Speaking about the case that it investigated and referred to the judiciary, the department indicated that the Central Anti-Corruption Criminal Court issued a two-year prison sentence in the presence of the Director General of the State Real Estate Department in the former Ministry of Finance, indicating that the decision came on the background of the convict’s actions when he was in office. She added that the convict submitted a review to the Minister of Finance that contained incorrect information, intending to cancel the investment license.
