The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Acting Head of the Intelligence Service, Mohamed Shiaa Al-Sudani, chaired a meeting of directors of directorates and departments in the National Intelligence Service.
And his media office stated in a statement that "the meeting witnessed a review of a detailed report on the work of the apparatus's departments, its activities during the recent period, and the progress of implementing its prepared security plans."

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces praised, according to the statement, "the efforts of the intelligence service men in strengthening the country's national security, and their role in combating terrorism, inside and outside Iraq."
He stressed the need to make more efforts to develop the work of the agency and raise its level of performance. To monitor the risks and face the challenges facing the country, and to maintain its security.
