Today, Saturday, the leader of the Al-Nasr coalition, Aqil Al-Rudaini, confirmed the existence of four positive aspects of the salary scale to be approved by the government of Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani.
Al-Rudaini said in a press interview seen by “Takadum”, that “the salary scale represents a major challenge for the Sudanese government, given that there are ministries that have entitlements and financial salaries that exceed other institutions, although both are within one legal path and represent employees in the state.”
He added, "Four positives push the Sudanese government to move up the salary scale, the most prominent of which is reducing the differences in salaries between state ministries and addressing the phenomenon of transfer between ministries due to the large difference in the salary file, which has financial and administrative consequences," noting that "state institutions cannot stabilize in light of These differences are high.
He pointed out that “the salary scale is still under study by special committees because it will add other financial benefits,” noting that “whatever the deductions are from the ministries with high salaries to others whose employees’ salaries are low, they cannot be covered, so the matter is subject to scrutiny.”
He explained that “it cannot be implemented without knowing all its consequences and completing its procedures with the aim of creating justice and fairness among all state employees.”
