    The independent MP, Bassem Khashan, told Al-Maalouma, "The file on the liberated areas is controlled by the so-called Muhammad Al-Ani, who was included in the amnesty after he returned 540 million dinars to the state," pointing out that "a major crime took place in Anbar Governorate, and one should not remain silent about it."
