According to a document issued by Nassif and obtained by Alsumaria News, "Based on Article (61/ Seventh) of the Constitution, Article (29) of the House of Representatives law and its formations, and Articles (50, 51, and 53) of the House of Representatives' bylaws," a parliamentary question was asked To the Ministry of Oil, it includes the following: "What is the legal basis for awarding the two tenders numbered (058-sc-22-ebs) (045-sc-22ebs) in favor of the Rawd Al-Ataa Company, despite the existence of irregularities, suspicions, and waste of public money?"

Nassif called for "providing her committee with all the priorities of the (Rawd Al-Ataa) company."
