Today, Friday, the head of the Kurdistan Region Representative in Baghdad, Faris Issa, described the relationship between the federal government in Baghdad and the regional government as "golden."
Issa told (Baghdad Today) that "Iraq will export 3,500,000 barrels, of which the region will deliver 400,000 barrels to Baghdad through the National Oil Company (SOMO), after the two parties agree for the next three years, stressing that" the region will receive 12.67 percent of the budget value. .
He added, "The export of oil is scheduled to be at the beginning of next year, and accordingly the two parties will be committed to implementing the terms of the agreement, especially after starting to export oil through Turkey."
