Circle of government investment programs
The Department shall implement the priorities of the following tasks:
The numbers of strategic financial framework of the budget and in coordination with the Ministry of Finance.
Contribute to the numbers of the curriculum and the investment program of development of the regions in coordination and cooperation with the Department of Planning and Development Department sectors and local and regional ministries and implementing agencies as well as the provinces.
Follow up the implementation of projects and the investment budget projects the program of development of regions and contribute to a desk in the field follow-up with the Department of Planning and Development Department sectors, regional and local level to stand on the implementation of investment projects and the percentage of completion of physical, financial and technical reports for the numbers of those projects.
Study the problems and obstacles facing the implementation process of the projects and determine their causes in collaboration with the implementing agencies and find appropriate solutions.

Participation in the work of permanent and temporary committees that have a relationship to the work of the ministry.
A statement of opinion on economic issues and investment received by the department from other parties.

Participate in the preparation of development plans, medium and long term.

Contribute to the preparation instructions and powers of the implementation of investment projects.
The number of administrative tab for the distribution of allocations of investment projects and by units tunnels.
The number of tables at the level of economic classification units tunnels and the total of each ministry.
Report the number of indicators of annual investment budget.
Report the number of foreign currency required for the implementation of investment projects.
Issuing decisions on the investment program and the development of regions and according to the powers vested in the Minister of Planning.
Track and analyze the movement of changes in college costs and annual allocations for projects monthly and annually.
Follow-up data on the level of investment spending and the overall sectoral and at the level of ministries and provinces for the program of development of the regions and for the purpose of standing on the proportions of the financial implementation of projects through the database of the available budget motorized system.
The number of monthly and annual reports for follow up of the actual expenditures for investment projects, curriculum and program development of the regions.
Prepare a report on the distribution of investment allocations curriculum to the provinces, as well as allocations of program development of the regions.

Fourth Division Almillrh and correspondence : - holds the following tasks:
Doing secretarial department and the organization of all issues relating to the meetings of the Director General and his participation in committees within and outside the ministry.
Receipt of incoming mail to the department and recorded in the records of private and forwarded to the relevant departments.
Version and save internal memos and marking incoming memos and forwarded to the relevant departments to take the necessary action.
Printed books of the Director General and the follow-up.
Remember incoming and outgoing mail according to cataloging system in place and extracted on demand.
