Al-Marsoumi said in a tweet on Twitter, "The fixed expenditures in the current year's budget amounted to 133.660 trillion dinars, divided into 59.814 trillion dinars, the salaries of employees on the fixed staff, while the self-financing salaries amount to 2.102, noting that "social welfare subsidies amounted to 27.941 trillion dinars." .
He added that “the internal and external debt service premiums amount to 18.962 trillion dinars, while the expenses of oil licensing contracts with the expenses of transporting Kurdistan's oil are 15 trillion dinars, while the value of importing gas and electricity amounted to 4.841 trillion dinars, explaining that “the electricity wages of the local investor amount to two trillion dinars.” .
