    [rtl]Baghdad-Iraq today:

    Qi Card announced the temporary suspension of international financial transactions for MasterCard cards.[/rtl]
    [rtl]And the company stated, in a statement, “in implementation of the policies of the Central Bank of Iraq represented in setting up a “strict new electronic system” that supports the settlement of electronic cards at the official price and financial transfers of various types and limits the use of electronic cards away from the desired goals. Therefore, we would like to inform you that international financial transactions will be temporarily suspended for cards. The MasterCard issued by Al-Rafidain Bank, and the service will be resumed soon.[/rtl]
    [rtl]She added, "Our local services will not be affected and will remain effective for our audience, such as:[/rtl]
    [rtl]Paying salaries[/rtl]
    [rtl]- Cash withdrawal [/rtl]
    [rtl]- Quick exchange[/rtl]
