    The teacher union in the province of Dhi Qar said that the salaries of teachers and teachers in the province will be disbursed from January of next year through the cards MasterCard "within the framework of the project to settle salaries.

    Thanks Rocky, if the salaries are going to be paid by (through) the MasterCard, starting this January, and MC is an international card, wondering what this means - is the MC just a conduit for payment, but then how would the people get the money out of the bank without an MC card - and so, will be the card be available internationally or just locally????

    Teachers ' Union in Dhi Qar province , said the teachers and the salaries of teachers in the province will be spent starting in January of next year through the e - cards "MasterCard" in the framework of the project localization salaries.

    The head of the teachers in Dhi Qar Hassan al-Saidi told the news network Nasiriyah, that the salaries of teachers will settle banker starting next month on the decision of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and in coordination with the Central Bank of Iraq.

    He explained that the Directorate of Education Dhi Qar selected one of the banks in the province to take over the task of issuing cards and the maintenance ATMs ATM one ATM for every 500 teachers, in exchange for the receipt of two thousand dinars for each salary.

    He pointed out that the project card and ATM will be implemented next month within the Directorate of Education Dhi Qar to diagnose errors, to be expanded later to be in the departments of directorates of education and then in other places.

    He added that the union is interested in receiving the teacher's salary on time, noting the adoption of electronic cards as it is a civilized phenomenon facilitates the mechanism of distribution of salaries.
