    Decided Iraqi Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri, on Monday, the adjournment of the 18th legislative term of the first legislative year, the first parliamentary session of the third half-hour, for lack of a quorum. A parliamentary source said in an interview to the (long-Presse), "The House of Representatives Speaker Salim al-Jubouri, decided to adjourn the session of the 18th legislative term of the first legislative year, the first parliamentary session of the third half-hour to lack of quorum." The source, who requested anonymity, that "the agenda of the meeting includes the swearing-in of members of the House of Representatives who were holding government positions and replacements for those who have held ministerial positions or the Vice-President of the Republic and the first reading of the draft law to the Council of the Federation and the first reading of a bill the House of Representatives and reading The first bill for the establishment of foreigners. "
    The source continued that "the meeting also includes the first reading of the draft law on passports and the first reading of a draft law on ratification of the amended Convention of Arab cooperation in the field of organizing and facilitating relief operations."

    The Presidency of the Council of Representatives of Iraq lifted, on Saturday, (September 20, 2014), the session of the 17th legislative term of the first legislative year, the first parliamentary session, the first to Monday, while meeting witnessed the swearing to a number of MPs and give confidence to the Minister of Commerce of the new, and Hosting Deputy Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq to discuss the issue of the displaced.
