Al-Sabri said, in an interview with the "publicly" program broadcast by Alsumaria TV, that "we have in the Investment Committee a plan to host project managers who are lagging and facing problems."

He added, "There is a tendency to transfer the investment budget to infrastructure projects, in which we are lagging behind, including sewage, electricity and other infrastructure. The three-year budget will be beneficial in the implementation of these projects."

Al-Sabri pointed out, "There are decisions that are not implemented by some ministries, despite their approval by the government, and this is strange in ministries that are subject to wills and do not implement government decisions."

And that "the lack of implementation of government decisions led to the reluctance of investors to deal with government projects because of the delay in implementing the dues of investors, in addition to the reluctance of foreign investment companies to implement investment projects inside [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] due to routine procedures."
