    [size=45]The Council of Ministers announced the issuance of six decisions related to services, investment and financing of some sports clubs.[/size]
    [size=45]A government statement, received by (Al-Mada), stated that "the Council of Ministers held its regular session yesterday, Tuesday, headed by Mustafa Al-Kazemi, and discussed the issues presented on its agenda."[/size]
    [size=45]And the statement continued, "Al-Kazemi praised the efforts of the security and service ministries to visit the fortieth anniversary of Imam Hussein and directed that maximum efforts be made to facilitate the transportation of visitors to the holy Karbala and from the city to outside."[/size]
    [size=45]He pointed out that "the Council of Ministers issued several decisions today, including a decision to refer a project to equip and implement sewage networks on the right side of Mosul in Nineveh Governorate."[/size]
    [size=45]The statement pointed out that "the council discussed the water scarcity file, with indications of its continuation for the fourth consecutive season, and approved the request of the Ministry of Resources to update the strategic study for water and land."[/size]
    [size=45]He explained, "The Council also agreed to establish a grain marketing center (silo) in Wasit Governorate at a cost of two billion dinars, and also decided to authorize the Chairman of the Investment Authority to sign a draft agreement between Iraq and Qatar to protect investment."[/size]
    [size=45]The statement went on, "The Council discussed the sports file in the country and approved the recommendation for the participation of oil sports clubs in foreign tournaments and to increase the allocations of each club by (500) million dinars for this purpose, and also agreed to increase the financial allocation for the Al-Zawra and Al-Mina clubs by one billion dinars each.[/size]
