Digitization contributes to improving the efficiency, quality, and creativity of operations, services, and products in various fields, such as education, health, industry, trade, administration, and others.[/size]
[size=45]In this context, the term 'digital government' expresses the use of digital technology by governments to improve the provision of public services to citizens, partners and employees, as digital government aims to increase transparency, democracy, inclusiveness and innovation in the decision-making and implementation process.[/size]
[size=45]In the Kurdistan Region, the government seeks to implement the principles of digitization and digital government in its various sectors, with the aim of improving the quality of life of citizens and increasing development opportunities.[/size]
